Friends of Lafferty Park at: FLP Phone: (707) 793-2244 (messages) Email: laffertypark@mail.com Web: www.laffertypark.org A major focus of FLP's efforts at this time is public education about the benefits of opening Lafferty Park to public enjoyment. We are also fundraising to supplement the efforts of the cash-strapped City of Petaluma to open Lafferty Park. Money will be needed to build trails, footbridges over creeks, the parking area, and other necessary infrastructure. We are also seeking volunteer effort and donated materials toward these projects. Please make check payable to Room to Roam, write FLP on the check, and mail to FLP, 1705 Brompton St. Petaluma 94954. Contributions are tax-deductible and will be used only for public outreach about the need for opening the park, as well as for the minimal development planned for Lafferty Park (trails and trailhead facilities), and for park user programs.
