March 2025 Wildlife photos and videos


Winter 2024-25 has been wet and cool, which is generally welcome. The swollen Adobe Creek was visited by the fewer animals than usual,
but with a notable appearance by a redtail hawk enjoying a bath.  Two photos and a video:

Blacktail deer are plentiful as usual and healthy-looking.

No feral hogs were photographed this month, although we did see their sign on the upper mountain.
Also, no mountain lions, which were last seen here in September 2024.
