Friends of Lafferty Park is a Petaluma-based volunteer organization supporting the City of Petaluma's plans for a wilderness park at the old Lafferty Ranch atop Sonoma Mountain. Our mission is to develop, maintain, and improve Petaluma's Lafferty Park and enhance the experience of park visitors through volunteerism, fund-raising, and education. For more information, contact Friends of Lafferty President Matt Maguire.

Guided outings to Lafferty have begun!

For the first time in over 25 years, members of the public can participate in guided outings to Lafferty Ranch. These outings, which started in Spring 2021, are organized and conducted by LandPaths under contract with the City of Petaluma, and with volunteer assistance from Friends of Lafferty Park.

Check LandPaths' events page for the dates of upcoming outings and registration information.
